Within the unforgiving and perilous expanse of the Isle of Siptah, there is an enigmatic figure who traverses the thin line between myth and reality. Girded by tales of strength and prowess, Valeria is recognized as someone of exceptional repute and she operates the Camp of The Castaways.
Valeria seeks impossible to get or hard to find information for reasons shrouded in the strategic needs of survival and dominion interests for various factions. On the Island of Siptah, knowledge is as valuable as the sharpest blade or the sturdiest shield. These scout reports are strategic documents, sundry pieces of information that can shed light on the movements of enemies, the presence of resources, or the locations of potential allies. The gathering of such information is essential for anyone wishing to exert control, expand their influence, or simply stay one step ahead of the ceaseless dangers that populate the lands. Valeria understands this well, and her demand for scout reports is her way of maintaining a grasp on the fluid and often deadly political and survival landscape of the Isle of Siptah.
As if consumed by blood lust, through deception, Valeria recruits and dispatches unsuspecting newcomers to the Isle of Siptah, hiring them as scouts, many of which die in their mission. Others are captured as slaves or they defect to other factions for various reasons. Very few make it back to her alive. Yet, her trade remains active. At 25 Gold Coins for each Scout Report, she pays well and serves in fealty to the House of Harakhti.
Furthermore, Valeria hires the Arcanists of Zar for their deadly skills and ability to get what she wants when nobody is willing to take the task, but their price is high. For these missions, Valeria makes deals with the Kor Atenubi Taharakhti, who dispatches Arcanists of Zar mercenaries. For payment, encrypted documents are given to Arcanists at the end of each mission by the Kor Atenubi Taharakhti. The Arcanists deliver the documents to Valeria and are paid 25 Gold Coins for each document.
On the Isle of Siptah, power is developed with the spilling of blood and wealth is gained with the loss of life through brutal and intense combat. Danger is more common than fresh breaths of air, but the gold comes with it.
